Overview

ITI invites applications for a Kutiyattam Assistant Theatre teacher for a 10-week period. The module to be taught is Kutiyattam, in ITI’s Professional Diploma in Intercultural Theatre (Acting) programme. The job will require you to:

  • Assist the Master teacher in teaching the fundamentals of Kutiyattam, its performance and how it applies to contemporary acting. Together with the Master teacher, help to create a presentation by the students at the end of the teaching period
  • Provide input to the Master teacher in assessing the students according to ITI’s assessment and evaluation approach, comprising continual and semester-end assessments
Responsibilities
