Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
5+ years in IT infrastructure operations or related fields.

Ability to program in one or more high-level languages (structured/OOP).
Experience with infrastructure and related areas.
Understanding of CI/CD processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze OS and application metrics for performance tuning and fault finding.
Collaborate with teams to improve services through testing and best practices.
Participate in system design, platform management, and capacity planning (Broadcom VMware knowledge a plus).
Create sustainable systems and services via automation and uplift.
Balance feature speed with reliability using well-defined SLAs.
Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement through automation.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery aligned with requirements.
