Job summary

Cygnify seeks a Korean-speaking Technical Project Manager to lead AI-powered banking transformation engagements for enterprise clients. This highly client-facing role blends project delivery, solution consulting, and commercial engagement to shape technology-driven business outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end delivery across the SDLC, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain strong executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise software
• 5+ years leading enterprise software projects within banking/fintech/financial services
• Strong client-facing experience with executive stakeholders and customer success
• Commercially minded with experience supporting business development, presales, or account growth
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with senior leaders
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Experience delivering digital banking, payments, or core banking projects
• Experience with AI-powered applications or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered banking software projects across the SDLC
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, AI/ML, QA, UX, and Infra
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Provide executive project governance and risk management updates
• Serve as trusted advisor to enterprise banking clients throughout engagements
• Support solution architecture discussions and presales activities
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts with new AI capabilities and services
