About the School
Korean Church Kindergarten is a kindergarten registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and serves the children of Korean residents in Singapore. Established in 1993, we will celebrate our 33rd graduating class in February 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from a 4-year university
- Holder of a Kindergarten Teacher Training Certificate
Working Period
- Contract term: Minimum of 2 years

Responsibility
- Teach children aged 3 to 6 years old (Nursery 1 to Kindergarten 2)
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans
- Create and prepare teaching materials
- Organise kindergarten events and performances
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents
- Attend and participate in staff meetings
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills with colleagues and parents
- Deep understanding of Korean Early Childhood curriculum
- Proficient writing skills in Korean
- Ability to design engaging learning environments
- Competence in delivering theme-based, holistic curriculum
- Strong collaboration skills with other form teachers and assistant teachers
- Fluent Korean proficiency (teaching & interview conducted in Korean)
- Fluent in English
- Candidates familiar with play-based curriculum are highly preferred.
- Experience with inclusive education or teaching children with developmental needs is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Monthly salary: S$ 7,500 (Basic: S$2,800 + Allowance: S$4,700)
- Bonus: 100% of base salary (annually)
- Retirement allowance: 100% of base salary (for staff employed more than 2 years)
- Accommodation: Provided (only for hired teacher, not family)
