A food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking a kitchen manager to oversee staff management, enforce food safety standards, and manage kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies.

- Menu and cost control: Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control measures.
