Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the department and tools.
• Adhere to all 5S and HACCP requirements.
• Undergo trainings for non-supervisory and supervisory roles.
• Complete trainings to perform independently up to Assistant Chief Chef.
• Assist with the hiring process for junior positions.
• Perform duties in line with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values.
