Job summary

XIA FOOD MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead operations at our Singapore facility.

This senior management role requires hands-on leadership, strong sanitation practices, and oversight of daily cooking and production processes. You will manage cooking activities, process equipment preparation, turnover, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. The position is full-time with a salary range of SGD 4,200 to SGD 8,000 per month, with at least 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of experience in kitchen management.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.
• Experience with production turnover and equipment prep preferred.
