- Operate grill under high heat to prepare bento dishes
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to SOP
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards
- Support with inventory checks and restocking
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assistant Outlet Manager Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and lead team during shifts
- Manage roster, stock control, and ordering
- Handle customer feedback and resolve day-to-day issues
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and hygiene regulations
Full Time Crew Timings: 5 days, 10:30am - 10pm (breaks provided) Including Weekends/PH
Requirements
- Strong passion for food and customer service
- Prior experience in F&B is an advantage
- Positive attitude and team player
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Comfortable working in an open kitchen and fast-paced environment
