Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of food according to recipe cards, guests' dietary restrictions and preference and according to photographs
  • Assist in food preparation in all areas as and when directed
  • Able to deliver food items on time with consistent standard & presentations
  • Coordinate food production, stock and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and standard of work station, including kitchen equipments
  • Engage in consistent food quality checks in terms of temperature and taste.
  • Meticulous preparation of food to be served to our guests
  • Maintain portion control to reduce spoilage and wastage
Requirements
