Job description

6.30pm to 3.30am (Company Provided transport back home)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in grill / BBQ / western / hawker-style kitchen

Knowledge of grill techniques, meat preparation, and temperature control.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook grilled or BBQ dishes according to recipes and standard operating procedures.

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards.

grill, BBQ pit, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform food preparation such as marinating, portioning, and plating.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with NEA and food safety standards.

Assist in inventory control — check and replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.

Support daily kitchen operations and coordinate with team members during peak hours.

Adhere to proper food handling, storage, and waste management procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in grill / BBQ / western / hawker-style kitchen

Knowledge of grill techniques, meat preparation, and temperature control.

Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.

Team player with good communication and positive attitude.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy hours.
