Job summary

An international food service company in Singapore is hiring Kitchen Staff/Service crew to support expansion plans. The ideal candidates will prepare dishes, operate the POS system, and maintain stall cleanliness while ensuring high standards of food safety. Candidates should have experience in the Food & Beverage industry, be able to work in fast-paced environments, and be available for weekends, evenings, and Public Holidays. Responsibilities

  • Prepare dishes according to instructions and standardized recipes.

  • Restock ingredients as needed.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Quickly and accurately manage customer orders, especially during peak times.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.

Overview

My client is an international chain selling Indonesian cuisine with various ingredients such as meat, soup, rice, noodles and vegetables.

Hiring for new Kitchen Staff/Service crew to support expansion plans at various outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dishes according to instructions and standardized recipes
  • Operate the POS system, handle cash, and manage digital payments.
  • Maintain stall cleanliness, including wiping counters, washing equipment, clearing trash, and keeping the workspace organised.
  • Restock ingredients
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines (SFA requirements, handwashing, glove use, proper storage).
  • Manage customer orders quickly and accurately, especially during peak periods.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties — prepping ingredients, turning on/off machines, counting stock, and closing reports.
  • Other forms of basic customer service, including addressing complaints or special requests.
Requirements
  • Former experience in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
  • Able to stand for long hours and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Able to work weekends, evenings, shifts and Public Holidays (PH) as needed.
  • Salary scales up based on skills and experience
  • Singapore Citizens (SG) and Permanent Residents (PR) preferred.
