Job summary

SINGCO BV PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen assistant to help maintain a clean and orderly kitchen. The role involves washing and sorting dishes, managing the dishwashing area, and supporting general kitchen duties in a clean, air-conditioned environment.

Responsibilities include keeping workspaces clean, setting up dishwashing stations, and ensuring floors remain dry throughout shifts, while assisting the Outlet Manager or Supervisor with additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen at all times.
• Wash and sort used plates, cups, utensils and cutlery.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized and clutter-free.
• Clean and wipe tables, counters and work surfaces regularly.
• Set up and maintain the dishwashing area, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
• Mop, clean and keep kitchen floors dry throughout the shift.
• Assist with other general kitchen duties as assigned by Outlet Manager or Supervisor.
• Work in a clean, comfortable air-conditioned kitchen environment.
