- Coordinate, assign, and manage tasks and work assignments.
- Plan and deliver schedules for specific needs, such as periodic cleaning timetables, by utilizing available manpower and equipment.
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Island-wide deployment required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities services/management, hospitality, or commercial sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and persuasive skills.
