Job summary

A prominent establishment in Singapore is seeking a dedicated kitchen staff member to handle food preparation for duck dishes. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a basic understanding of food safety and hygiene, capable of working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. Training is provided, and the role requires physical stamina and good organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Able to work within tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in kitchen or food prep preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and prepare ducks for roasting or cooking.
• Ensure all ducks are handled and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Dispose of waste and follow recycling procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all ducks are handled and stored properly to maintain freshness and hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Dispose of waste and follow recycling procedures
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• Able to work within tight deadlines
• Prior experience kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required (training will be provided)
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• 6 days’ work week (Monday to Friday 0715hrs to 1730hrs & Saturday 0715hrs to 1700hrs)
