Job Responsibilities
- Lead core business management activities, including project coordination, analysis of sales and management reports, and handling ad‑hoc requests from stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, analytical reports, and supporting documentation for senior leadership and other key internal clients; contribute to special projects as required.
- Develop, maintain, and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad‑hoc), actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes.
- Support the production and distribution of materials for regular management meetings and business reviews.
- Synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for management.
- Anticipate and address questions from internal clients and senior management, ensuring thorough and proactive communication.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, business management, or strategy roles within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, professional maturity, and personal integrity; strong work ethic and results‑driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; adept at working with large data sets and synthesizing findings into clear presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QlikSense.
- Background in investment banking, commercial banking, or management consulting.
