Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage operations, lead teams, and enhance educational environments for children. With strong leadership and communication skills, you will ensure high standards of care and staff development. A diploma and relevant experience in early childhood settings are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Completion of relevant Student Care or Early Childhood-related certifications.
- Leadership experience in Early Childhood settings is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards of care.

- Oversee the smooth operation of assigned KCare centres within the designated area.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Supervisors and Programme Staff.
- Monitor and improve classroom management practices across centres.
- Plan, organise, and oversee the execution of annual events and centre activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operation of assigned KCare centres within the designated area.
- Ensuring adherence to organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school management, parents, and internal/external partners.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Supervisors and Programme Staff.
- Provide regular training and motivation to enhance staff performance and engagement.
- Monitor and improve classroom management practices across centres.
- Provide guidance and counselling to students and staff facing behavioural or disciplinary challenges.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to management.
- Plan, organise, and oversee the execution of annual events and centre activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Completion of relevant Student Care or Early Childhood-related certifications.
- Leadership experience in Early Childhood settings is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a related field.
