Qualifications

• 8+ years of functional experience in business analysis, project management, testing or application support.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing/managing Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional and system requirements.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for all Kinaxis Rapid Response Authorship, Automation chains and Performance improvements
• Provide guidance and strategy on solution design and overall system/data architecture
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand solution pain points, troubleshoot complex planning issues, and propose long term solutions
• Bridges the gap between business problems and technology solutions
• Define, design, and optimize supply chain processes across the organization
• Work with business stakeholders to resolve Kinaxis Rapid Response functionality issues
• Development and enhancements of Rapid Response resources for Supply Chain Planning
• Configuration, Data mapping and Integration into Rapid Response
• Work with Kinaxis Product development and support team when product defects arise

Requirements

• 8+ years of functional/professional experience in business analysis, project management, testing and/or application support
• 5+ years of Experience in implementing/managing Kinaxis Rapid Response
• B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations research or related field
• Expertise with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & agile practices
• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional and system requirements
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate several alternative solutions to meet the business needs
• Experience modeling material and capacity constraints in advanced planning solutions. Exposure to semiconductor industry a plus
