Job summary

EPIC SWIM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Learn to Swim Coach who is passionate about educating children through sports.

You will coach Learn to Swim and Swim PE classes for children aged 3 and above, reporting to the General Manager and joining a team of dedicated coaches. You will participate in Epic Swim's in-house training, attach to senior coaches before coaching independently, and provide updates to parents on progress.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to work well in a team and engage with children and parents.
• No prior swim coaching experience required; training provided and 52 hours of coaching attachment included.

Responsibilities

• Coach Learn to Swim and Swim PE classes for children aged 3 and above.
• Attend Epic Swim's in-house training and shadow senior coaches before coaching independently.
• Provide timely feedback to parents on child progress and keep student logs.
• Complete administrative tasks such as attendance, performance tracking, and workshop minutes.
• Maintain a professional image as an Epic Swim ambassador and engage with the coaches community.
