A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships, develop strategic plans, and oversee sales initiatives. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in relevant fields, with at least 3 years of experience in FMCG or Modern Trade. This role offers a competitive salary and company transport from Jurong East.
Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue.
Develop and execute strategic account plans; identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Serve as main point of contact, resolving issues and coordinating with marketing, purchasing, and logistics.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional plans to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Lead merchandisers and oversee new product launches.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account KPIs to optimize strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts; perform other duties as assigned.
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3years’ or above experience in FMCG / Modern Trade, with proven key account
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
