Key Account Manager (Pharmacy)
- ✅ Account Management & Business Growth – Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail pharmacy partners, drive sales performance, and identify new opportunities to maximize revenue
- ✅ Strategic Planning & Trade Execution – Develop and implement strategic account plans, category management strategies, and trade promotions to enhance brand visibility and sales
- ✅ Collaboration with Merchandisers & Promoters – Work closely with merchandisers to ensure optimal product display and stock availability, and support promoters in driving customer engagement and brand advocacy
- ✅ Operational & Hands‑On Management – Oversee daily account operations, including stock planning, pricing negotiations, and resolving supply chain or store‑level challenges
- ✅ Market Insights & Performance Analysis – Track market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth and strengthen market positioning
Requirements
- ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- ✔️ Minimum 3 years experience in managing pharmacy accounts
- ✔️ Key account management experience is a MUST
- ✔️ A flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to be hands on
- ✔️ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- ✔️ Excellent communication skills in English.
