The Key Account Manager maintains relationships and assists customers in structuring and maintaining their payment environment. Onboards new customers, manages process implementation, and coordinates upselling of additional MarTrust products, including increasing FX payouts.
Responsibilities:
Develop excellent customer relationships by working closely with customers, understanding, and anticipating their needs:
- Embed a commercial and client service-focused approach to all business processes and activities.
- Manage the commercial aspects of outsourced financial processes, partnering with customers to help them achieve their financial plans.
- Present financial results to senior executive customers.
- Collaborate with the wider organization to identify areas for improvement and develop compelling customer solutions.
Revenue Growth:
- Develop close relationships with customers, identify areas for growth, and develop cross-sell financial services, especially newly developed ones.
- Support the sales process for new and existing customers by partnering with the business to define commercial and sales strategies.
New Customer Implementation and Onboarding:
- Receive handover documents from the sales team and manage the implementation for all new customers. Control SLA processes, implement ramp-up processes with clear KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- CFA or Post Graduate degree (Great Advantage)
- BA in Finance
- Maritime experience, international experience, and payments experience (Great Advantage)
- Commercial, finance, and card/e-wallet experience (5+ years)
- Payroll, project experience, senior management exposure (3+ years)
