Key Account Manager - Market Lead
Location: Singapore (Pasir Panjang)
Reports to: Global Head of Sales
Responsibilities
- Personally own the relationship with and growth of the top 15-20 key accounts in Singapore. Develop deep, strategic partnerships rather than transactional relationships.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the B2B vertical, identifying the most valuable partnership opportunities and crafting compelling value propositions.
- Lead complex, high-value contract negotiations with senior stakeholders (e.g., F&B Directors, Procurement Heads) to establish master service agreements.
- Act as the primary liaison between key accounts and our client\'s internal teams (logistics, supply chain, tech) to ensure flawless onboarding and service delivery, resolving escalations promptly.
- Serve as the expert on the competitive landscape, providing insights to HQ on pricing, product assortment, and unique local demands to shape the broader Singapore strategy.
Ideal Profile
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, with a verifiable track record of closing and managing large accounts in Singapore. Experience in F&B, fresh food supply, or hotel supplies is mandatory.
- An extensive and proven network within the food, grocery, and supply chain industry in Singapore is essential.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within a market launch, high-growth startup, or a major market expansion.
- Demonstrated expertise in building commercial strategy, negotiating complex contracts, and managing a P&L.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred for seamless collaboration with corporate headquarters.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
