Develop and implement account strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term business targets.

Manage customer service agreements and ensure contractual KPIs, including cost-saving commitments, are met or exceeded.

Oversee day-to-day account operations, including pricing updates and transactional processes.

Lead margin improvement initiatives and commercial projects within customer accounts.

Monitor account performance, analyze trends, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvement plans.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
