Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to drive revenue growth and develop new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration and 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics sector. Strong relationship management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Self-driven and adaptable; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer accounts and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

  • Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to grow the customer base.

  • Strategize and execute plans to achieve or exceed annual sales and revenue targets.

  • Prepare and deliver customized sales materials, presentations, and proposals that align with client requirements.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and manage the RFQ (Request for Quote) process efficiently.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation, coordination with operations teams, project execution, and post-sale support.

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow.

  • Ensure seamless communication internally and externally, with timely follow-ups and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent

  • With 5 year of sales/ business develoment experience, preferably from freight forwarding or logistics industry.

  • Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
