Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental budgets and expenditures to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies tailored for assigned clients to meet targeted outcomes.
- Establish clear action plans for team members to enhance performance and regularly review progress towards key performance indicators.
- Identify immediate business needs of key clients and devise proactive solutions throughout the demand and supply chain.
- Conduct annual negotiations to finalize trading terms and achieve desired profit margins.
- Collaborate with internal departments and clients to execute marketing activities in line with commercial guidelines.
- Analyze customer account reports to recommend promotional activities that boost performance.
- Drive initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes and enhancing service delivery through innovative tools and techniques.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key customers to meet business targets.
- Work collaboratively with leaders across functions such as Trade Marketing and Supply Chain Management to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in key account management in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
- Proven advanced skills in negotiation and selling.
- Strong understanding of supplier and customer relationship management, including field marketing and branding.
- Proficiency in office productivity applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comprehensive knowledge of market trends, industry dynamics, competitors, and customer needs.
