Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in FMCG/Modern Trade and possesses strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications

  • 3 years’ or above experience in FMCG / Modern Trade, with proven key account management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans; identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Serve as main point of contact, resolving issues and coordinating with marketing, purchasing, and logistics.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional plans to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Lead merchandisers and oversee new product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account KPIs to optimize strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts; perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.30PM/6.00PM

Location: 40 Penjuru Ln, Singapore 609216 (Company transport available at Jurong East)

Key Responsibilities
