We are looking to hire entrepreneurial and aspiring Account Managers to join our Category Management teams in Lazada Singapore. In this role, you will be mentored by a senior member of our Category Management team to drive category growth by employing analytical and eCommerce merchandising methodologies. In this role, you will be equipped with the skill sets needed in a customized and structured program to bring you up to speed in learning about the business, and building relationships with our brands and sellers. You will also work with data that helps us to drive strategic business decisions.
Responsible for key client relationship management on the Lazada platform, establishing and maintaining long‑term and stable partnerships.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow key client business.
Deeply understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient order execution, customer service, and issue resolution.
Regularly analyze sales data, assess market trends, and provide data‑driven insights for business decision‑making.
