Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for key account stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, including developers, architects, and internal teams.
  • Manage and ensure accuracy sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Drive account growth and client retention through strategic planning and proactive engagement.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferably in construction, civil engineering, or related fields).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally with exposure to construction materials or waterproofing solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive, analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

Working Location: Neythal Road
