Position: Key Account Manager (100% Account Servicing)

Location: Kallang

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Commission + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Solar energy system service

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, revenue analysis, expense tracking, and accurate sales forecasts for the management team
  • Stay updated with emerging markets, industry trends, new products, and competitor activities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product, engineering) to align strategies and optimize customer satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to renewable energy sales
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry incentives
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
