Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our key retail partners and premium accounts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, from developing strategic growth plans and achieving sales targets to ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and excellent execution skills to drive market share and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, from C-level executives to retail staff.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work with internal teams (Marketing, Product) and channel partners to launch campaigns, promotions, and ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Performance & Analysis: Monitor sales data, analyze market trends, and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and train new retail partners to expand market reach and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or a similar role, within IT peripherals, electronics, consumer goods, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving account growth, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both retail partners and senior-level decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analysis (e.g., Power BI) to develop actionable sales strategies.
