In this role, you will build strong relationships, drive revenue growth, and provide tailored solutions. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales, with a focus on FMCG and Agriculture preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned key B2C accounts.

  • Prospect and pursue new B2C opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Work closely with internal teams for integrated solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and product presentations.
  • Analyze account performance and provide updates.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing for profitability.

Job Summary:

As a Key Account Manager (B2C), you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic consumer accounts, delivering tailored solutions to drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction across retail and direct-to-consumer channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management Serve as the primary contact for assigned key B2C accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy & Growth Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand product penetration.
  • Actively prospect and pursue new B2C opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Customer Engagement Understand customer needs, industry trends, and strategic goals.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product presentations.
  • Performance Monitoring Analyze account performance and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure profitability and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management or strategic B2C sales. (FMCG, Agriculture, Hydroponic experiences preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
