A leading tech firm in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to drive new business and expand relationships in the APAC region. You will manage your accounts and develop partnerships while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has a proven sales background in financial tech and strong market knowledge. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Travel across the region will be expected.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales within financial tech, cloud services, or related industries.
  • Strong network and established relationships within financial services.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC financial markets landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global sales team.

Overview

Role Overview - will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships across the APAC region. You will own your own accounts, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and be responsible for developing long-term partnerships in your region. You will proactively identify new business opportunities, deliver tailored solutions to client challenges, and consistently achieve sales targets. This is a client-facing role requiring strong market knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the APAC region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions, brokers and exchanges.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from product offering.
  • Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and marketing) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategic direction.
  • Regular collaboration with the HQ Technical Teams including our 24/7 Network Operation Centre (NOC).
