Job Description
  • You will be part of a commercial team managing client relationships and new business developments activities in the region.
  • You will be responsible to manage and further develop our customer portfolio in the region as well as managing and coordinating all commercial and contractual aspects between Avaloq and its customers. This includes mastering the upselling process for products and services, ensuring compliance with the various contracts, overseeing financials, handling operational business and fostering fruitful collaboration.
  • Build and maintain effective long‑term relationships with key stakeholders of highly complex accounts (international or multi‑sites, etc…) to ensure a high level of satisfaction, profitable account and increasing revenues by upselling activities
  • Build up in‑depth knowledge of the customer’s business, build up and maintain a network within the customer on various levels (IT, Business, team‑leader, management leads, upper Management). Identify the major decision‑makers and maintain relationship
  • Coordinate inside Avaloq the different functions serving the customer like service management, banking operations, project delivery, product sales, application management services or IT infrastructure to ensure an aligned approach to customer topics/issues/requests and address inefficiencies or failures in service delivery in tight collaboration with service management Act as the central point of coordination for On‑Premise and SaaS solution delivery, engaging Avaloq stakeholders across multiple functions. Foster effective communication and alignment to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support
  • Ensure consistent communication to each of the client stakeholders as first point of contact and serve as escalation point and primary interface for all products and services
  • Conduct user and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Manage commercial discussions, handle contract negotiations and billing/ invoicing control
  • Ensure projects follow‑up with the client
  • Increase actively the share of wallet by promoting Avaloq products and services (offers preparation) and identifying opportunities, promoting and proposing new products or services to the existing clients
  • Ensure opportunity management and customer account plans are updated regularly in Avaloq’s CRM
Qualifications
  • At least 8-12years of relevant sales experience up‑selling to Banks, preferably in software and/or wealth managementproducts in both On‑Premise and SaaS Models
  • Experience in several banking domains
  • Bachelor’s/Masters’ from a recognized institute, preferably specializing in Business / Banking / Computer Sciencerelated disciplines.
  • Priorexperience in managing and selling banking software packages
  • Bachelor’s/Masters’ from a recognized institute, preferably specializing in Business / Banking / Computer Science related disciplines
  • Strong in creating trustworthy long‑term relationshipswith demanding stakeholders in situations of conflicting interests
  • Savvy in networking
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to maximize customer value and embrace intrapreneurship
  • Strong in communication, presentation and conflict management skills
  • Capable in generating trust and manage resources effectively
  • Process competence and adherence Demonstrateproficiency in organizational processes and adherence to defined procedures
  • Prior work experience in South East Asia markets
