Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by engaging global key accounts.
- Increase the share of wallet for the company's products.
- Build and grow strong customer relationships.
- Understand market trends and forecast customer demand.
- Prepare contractual offers and support project execution.
- Analyze customer structures to provide optimal solutions.
- To achieve Sales targets by engaging global key accounts and developing new business opportunities
- To increase the share of wallet of Rittal products
- To build and grow excellent customer relationship
- To know the market trend and forecast customer’s demand to support them in their ventures.
- Undertake pricing structure for key accounts.
- Maintain adequate margin during project execution.
- Prepare and create contractual offers up to conclusion of contracts; provide project support and drive negotiations on price and conditions
- Provide value added customer service, ensure customer delight
- Build close relationship with their System Integrators, partners and end users to ensure providing targeted and impactful sales offer to our customers
- Perform structural and process analysis of customers to provide optimal solutions and processes
- Provide monthly reports as required on sales forecast and other deliverables
- Actively support to ensure timely collections
- Analyze and provide feedback on the marketplace information, such as market trend, customers’ needs and competition activities etc
- Provide technical support such as technical presentation, technical solutions to meet customers’ need and respond to field products questions
- Attend meetings with customers to obtain feedback regarding products
- Suggest necessary actions to improvise the offerings
- Work closely with the Internal Sales Executives, Logistics, Marketing and Operations team
- Assist Sales Lead in other business matters as requested
