Technical Sales Support: Present product features and benefits, offer technical assistance, and address customer queries. Understand client needs, able to recommend appropriate products. Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and collect feedback to improve products. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, while training the sales team on technical product details. Sales Growth: Help achieve sales targets, identify opportunities for upselling, and represent the company at events and trade shows. Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and provide reports on sales performance and market trends.
