About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated Key Account Executive (Supply Chain) to be a key point of contact for clients,

providing customer-centric service to maintain long-term client relationships in the Asia Pacific region.

  • Manage implementation of projects within the Asia Pacific region;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders key projects;
  • Engage with clients as the main point of contact for all matters;
  • Build and develop client relationships;
  • Lead teams for end-to-end project implementation;
  • Maintain oversight on timelines and issues;
  • Perform escalating and reporting of deliverables and data input;
  • Work closely with internal teams and departments on ensuring projects are completed on time;
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to define, plan and execute service improvement projects in a timely manner;
  • Support regional service delivery projects.
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry;
  • Experience managing key accounts in the Asia Pacific region;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented;
  • Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team;
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
