Job summary

A fast-growing wellness company in Singapore is seeking a driven Key Account Executive to manage key accounts and support sales execution. In this role, you will coordinate promotions, build relationships with partners, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of experience in FMCG or retail, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. Weekend and off-hour work may be required during campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, sales, retail, or key account management.
  • Experience supervising promoters or part-time staff is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in atrium or retail environments.

About Us

We are a fast-growing wellness company specialising in health supplements, wellness products, and daily essentials. As we continue to expand across retail and e-commerce channels, we are looking for a driven and hands‑on Key Account Executive to manage key accounts and support on‑ground sales execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow key retail and e‑commerce accounts
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute promotions, roadshows, and sales campaigns
  • Build strong working relationships with buyers, partners, and internal teams
  • Supervise and support promoters and part‑time staff to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure smooth on‑ground execution, including product display, stock availability, and merchandising
  • Track sales performance and prepare basic reports and insights
  • Support atrium activations, pop‑ups, and weekend events when required
  • Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and initiatives outside regular office hours when needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
  • 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, sales, retail, or key account management
  • Experience handling promoters, merchandisers, or part‑time staff is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable working at atrium / retail environments
  • Able to support weekend setups or teardowns when required
  • Willing to work outside office hours during campaigns or events
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented
  • Experience with supermarkets or e‑commerce platforms is a plus
