Role Description

As a Key Account Executive at Salt Creatives Pte Ltd in Singapore, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager/Director in managing the relationships with our high-profile clients, identifying areas for growth and expansion, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth. This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Account Executive or Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience in the advertising, marketing, or creative industries preferred
  • A self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for their work, and driven to exceed expectations
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights
