Job description
  • Salary Package: Basic up to $3800 + Mobile + Shift Allowance + AWS + VB

  • Listed MNC in Leisure Industry

  • Location: Central Region

  • Working hours:5 days work week (8 hours per shift)

  • Strong customer-facing experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and grow target markets to achieve membership acquisition and retention objectives.

  • Foster and manage guest relationships through follow‑up calls and on‑site hosting.

  • Deliver clear and accurate information about membership programs, ongoing promotions, and upcoming events.

  • Respond to guest enquiries and collect feedback to support service enhancements.

  • Handle credit line matters and payment collections with discretion and professionalism.

  • Encourage guest visits and increase membership sign‑ups by providing exceptional service.

  • Assist with day‑to‑day operations, event execution, and collaboration with other teams on assigned projects.

Requirements
