Working hours:5 days work week (8 hours per shift)
Strong customer-facing experience
Identify and grow target markets to achieve membership acquisition and retention objectives.
Foster and manage guest relationships through follow‑up calls and on‑site hosting.
Deliver clear and accurate information about membership programs, ongoing promotions, and upcoming events.
Respond to guest enquiries and collect feedback to support service enhancements.
Handle credit line matters and payment collections with discretion and professionalism.
Encourage guest visits and increase membership sign‑ups by providing exceptional service.
Assist with day‑to‑day operations, event execution, and collaboration with other teams on assigned projects.
Degree/Diploma in Business or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Strong communication skills
