Key Account Assistant Manager (FMCG) | Buona Vista | up to $7K

Our client is passionate about building strong partnerships and driving growth in the FMCG industry. They are looking for a motivated and proactive Key Account Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of managing and expanding relationships with some of the most strategic retail customers in the Modern Trade channel.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving volume and distribution targets.
  • Develop and execute customer-focused sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account stakeholders.
  • Manage & optimise promotional budgets, ensuring strong ROI.
  • Deliver promotional excellence through impactful campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Negotiate pricing, trading terms, and promotional allowances for win–win outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales) for smooth execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Lead business reviews and provide performance updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in Key Account or Sales Management within FMCG.
  • Hands‑on experience managing accounts like FairPrice, 7‑Eleven, Guardian, Watsons.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience in trade spend management, business planning, and promotional execution.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • A collaborative team player with a results‑driven and independent mindset.
