Key Account and Business Development Manager
New Toyo International Holdings Ltd – Jurong Town
This position is at an intermediate professional level for candidates with strong execution and business development abilities.
Responsibilities
- To efficiently interpret, facilitate and manage the demand requirements of major customers.
- To coordinate internal resources at operations level, to accomplish the company and client objectives.
- To play a critical role in proactively working with the customers and assessing the markets to identify innovative packaging solutions, cost efficiencies optimization and across markets reflex.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Present the key account report to the CEO, on monthly sales performance, projections, supply KPIs and customer satisfaction indices.
- Communicate customers’ requirements to business units and coordinate internal resources effectively to meet planning cycles.
- Coordinating trials with customers and steer the commercialization roadmap.
- Analyzing, researching and developing markets and product categories.
- Work closely with CEO and GMs on strategies to drive growth and expand the customers/products portfolio.
- Maintain strong partnership and high service levels for our clients.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing.
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a customer account management or customer service role.
- Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationship with staff and management at all levels.
- Ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations, and work both as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written. Ability to create concise and powerful presentation materials.
