The APAC Commercial Operations Assistant will supportsell-in operationsacross APAC. The role ismulti-brand, covering Creed, Bottega Veneta, and Balenciaga, and is central to ensuring smooth launches, accurate order management, and clear commercial reporting. Reporting to the North Asia Regional Director (Shanghai) with a dotted line to the South Asia Area Manager (Singapore), this position is an excellent entry point into regional luxury beauty. This role is based in either the Singapore or Shanghai office.
Sales Order Management– Raise orders, track collections, and support demand planning across multiple markets.
Sales Reporting & Analysis– Consolidate sales data, monitor performance, and highlight risks and opportunities.
Partner & Marketing Coordination– Liaise with Training, Marketing, and external partners to align on sell-in and activations.
Forecast & Demand Support– Collect partner forecasts and provide input to regional demand planning processes.
Project Coordination– Assist with cross-functional initiatives, including store development and regional operations projects.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
Clear communicator with cross-cultural awareness.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
University degree in Business or quantitative related discipline.
Minimum 1 year relevant work experience or industry placement – ideally in the luxury retail or beauty industry
