Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is hiring for a quality assurance role in Singapore to qualify and audit suppliers, manage agreements and drive performance improvements. You will oversee material qualification with cross-functional teams and resolve defects using corrective actions (SCAR).

You will also lead MRB meetings, ensure CAPA closures, investigate customer complaints, and maintain ISO documentation to sustain audit readiness and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies.

Your Responsibilities: -

• Qualify, audit, and evaluate new and existing suppliers, managing agreements and driving material/supplier performance improvements.
• Oversee new material qualification with cross-functional teams and resolve material defects using SCAR system corrective actions.
• Implement incoming/outgoing inspection standards, lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings, and manage timely CAPA closures and customer complaint investigations.
• Maintain ISO system documentation (9001, 14001, 13485) and plan/conduct internal and external audits to ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement.

You will need: -

• Min. 1 years of relevant working experience
• Possess knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 quality system
• Proficient in core quality tools, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and GR&R
• Skilled in structured problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D and 5-Why
