Job summary

QCP Trading Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a junior Quant Trader / Quant Developer to join the trading desk. You will market-make, manage client flows risks, and collaborate with a team of traders to maintain 24/7 spot pricing capability. Strong coding ability and a quantitative mindset are essential; familiarity with Rust is a plus.

Fresh graduates are welcome; the role offers a collaborative, autonomous, casual working environment with flexible arrangements to support your development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be comfortable with coding
