Job summary

• Valid TCM practice certification.

• Experience in treating pain using cupping and herbs is an asset.
• Be able to work and communicate with other practitioners in a team environment.
• Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills for building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to obtain information about complaints, symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle, and psychological health to diagnose diseases or injuries.
• Develop a treatment plan based on diagnosis and explain procedures to patients; prepare them for treatment.
• Provide professional traditional services and treatments.
• Comply with quality, safety, and infection prevention protocols, as well as laws and regulations.
• Prepare patient records and document treatment progress.
