Junior Sous Chef | Orchard/ Dempsey | Up to S$3,900 | 5.5 days [Urgent hiring]

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 5.5 days (5 / 6 / 5 / 6)

Salary Range: Up to S$3,900 per month (base salary)

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of all kitchen staff, ensuring high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
  • Oversee chefs’ performance, including equipment maintenance, stock control, and preparation for daily service or events.
  • Liaise with kitchen management on staff performance and operational matters.
  • Participate in menu development, including recipe updates and promotional menu planning.
  • Monitor and manage staff scheduling, transfers, overtime, and leave.
  • Lead kitchen meetings, daily briefings, and training sessions when the Sous Chef is absent to support team development and consistency.
What We’re Looking For
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, hospitality, or culinary management.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment (time management).
