A culinary organization in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the Head Chef and oversee kitchen staff. Working Hours: 44hrs/week, 5 days per week in between Mon - Sun

Working Location: Suntec City

Salary: Up to $3600/month

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality.
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SFA/NEA requirements.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and report shortages to the Head Chef.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions well.
