What You'll Do
- Supervise and support chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to maintain seamless operations.
- Oversee section leaders to ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
- Liaise with senior kitchen management on staff performance and operational matters.
- Take an active role in all kitchen activities to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and team collaboration.
- Participate in planning meetings with executive-level culinary leadership.
- Share new culinary techniques and introduce innovative equipment to the team.
- Assist with recipe updates, menu planning, and promotional development.
- Lead daily briefings, facilitate training programs, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage stock levels effectively and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
What You Bring
- Diploma in Culinary Arts, F&B or relevant certifications
- 3 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Strong team leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Well-versed in kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
