What You'll Do
  • Supervise and support chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to maintain seamless operations.
  • Oversee section leaders to ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
  • Liaise with senior kitchen management on staff performance and operational matters.
  • Take an active role in all kitchen activities to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and team collaboration.
  • Participate in planning meetings with executive-level culinary leadership.
  • Share new culinary techniques and introduce innovative equipment to the team.
  • Assist with recipe updates, menu planning, and promotional development.
  • Lead daily briefings, facilitate training programs, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Manage stock levels effectively and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
What You Bring
