Job summary

Autodesk in Singapore is seeking a motivated Software Development Engineer I for the Product Data Management (PDM) team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software features under guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software.

You will build foundational skills in software engineering, contribute to scalable systems, and participate in Agile processes while learning from experienced engineers in a global engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• 0–2 years of software development experience
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
• Knowledge of C# and .NET
• Knowledge of web and cloud development domain
• Experience in React, Node.js and similar technologies
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Git
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a global team

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software features under guidance of senior engineers
• Participate in feature implementation based on specs
• Write clean, well-tested code
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, UX designers, and PMs
• Assist in troubleshooting defects and production issues
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Learn and adopt Agile practices
