Job Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications for MEP works.

Perform detailed material and labor quantity take-offs, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Assist in tender preparation, evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, and support cost-effective procurement.

Handle contract matters including variations and claims, ensuring compliance and timely issue resolution.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization through value engineering without affecting quality or safety.

Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2 years in M&E system / Construction

Understanding of cost estimation, tender procedures, and contract administration

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
